In our low season May 1st until June 30th plus the whole month of September ( except the Narzissenfest weekend) you are welcome to come byspontaneously or book for however long you want to stay. During our main Saison (Juli 1st to August 31st) we will accept only bookings starting at stay of at least 4 nights. Cyclists and pedestrians excluded.

Up front payment is not necessary. Payment will be due at the time of departure and only will be accepted in cash. We do not accept credit or debit Cards! 

Please understand that all reservations are binding. Cancelation fees are as follows:

• Cancelation 10 days prior to arrival: no costs
  
• Cancelation 5 to 9 days prior to arrival: 20% of the total price
  
• Cancelation 1 to 4 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total price
  
• No show: 100% of the total price.

Whenever possible we will work towards fullfilling your preferences when booking. However, we reserve the right to make changes regarding camp spot assignments, should this become necessary due to unforeseeable and special reasons - even in case of specific camp spot preferences.

Please take into account that if our campground fills up during your time of consideration of an offer/a proposal - with no more camp spots available during your desired time - we will have to withdraw from our offer/proposal.

By accepting our offer and sending us the necessary personal data, we need for preparing the reservation and registration, you agree that your
personal data, such as name, birth date, address, phone number and email address can be used for the purpose of fullfilling our service to you and
handling all administrative duties connected to our services and your registration. Your data will not be given to others and thrid parties, except
for the sole purpose of following mandatory regulations provided by governmental agencies and institutions. This Agreement can be withdrawn at any time, if the
necessary contact data is provided.
